We don't think there is any quality problem for the bulk order products. For the sample, it is in transparent bottle, but for bulk order, it is in white bottle. It may affect the appearance in different bottles. For the scent, it is same one as for sample and bulk order product. The issue you mentioned about are too subjective. You said it is too watery. But we check your video and our in stock bulk product, it is not. It is not too thick or too watery. It is easy to pump out the product. If the product is too thick, it is difficult to pump out.
